Our Role
Hail Damage Direct is a hail-repair concierge. We are not an automotive repair facility, body shop, insurance company, insurance agent, insurance adjuster, public adjuster, or law firm. Repairs are performed by independent repair providers.
No Guarantees Of Outcome
Repair services, pricing, warranties, promotions, rental vehicles, deductible assistance, pickup and delivery, repair timelines, and other benefits are provided by independent repair providers and vary by provider, location, insurance policy, claim eligibility, and availability.

Your Submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. You agree we may share the service details relevant to your inquiry with an independent repair provider in order to assist you. This sharing expressly excludes your SMS consent and mobile opt-in information for a partner's own marketing, and a repair provider may not rely on consent you gave Hail Damage Direct to send its own text messages.
